In 2013 a small team of OKM members traveled to Tanzania in Africa to demonstrate the gold prospecting capabilities of the Black Hawk metal detector and the 3d ground scanner Rover C II. After a gold mining conference in Mwanza, the gold prospectors themselves used the opportunity to practically test the gold detectors on location. These ancient artifacts has been detected with the 3d metal detector and ground scanner Rover Deluxe in the region of Kurdistan in Iran. They have been found in a depth of about 2 m underground. The historic targets belong to 3500 years ago. They show original inhabitants of this area and the ploughing tools which were used for agriculture.
