Our water detector OKM GeoSeeker, that we handed over in December 2017 to "Aktion Pro Afrika e.V.", a nonprofit organization, has arrived in Mali and already provides successful measurement results during the search for underground water resources. Thanks to OKM GeoSeeker and its deep water detection technology, the water scarcity in Africa is a thing of the past.

In 2013 a small team of OKM members traveled to Tanzania in Africa to demonstrate the gold prospecting capabilities of the Black Hawk metal detector and the 3d ground scanner Rover C II. After a gold mining conference in Mwanza, the gold prospectors themselves used the opportunity to practically test the gold detectors on location. Thus gold nuggets were detected with ease and proof was given that our OKM metal detectors Black Hawk and Rover C II can detect gold deposits with ease effectively.

On 13th June 2017 our General Manager Andreas Krauss joined the invitation of the Bundesforum Mittelstand and took part to the 5th Foreign Trade Day in Cottbus. In addition to specialist lectures on the subject of cross-border cooperation, we took this opportunity to present our water detector GeoSeeker to the participants, which is used to locate underground water deposits.

This medal has been detected by the 3d metal detector eXp 5000 in North Africa. It is obviously a German/Italian locket. The inscription says: "Campagna Italo-Tedesca in Africa. Italienisch-Deutscher Feldzug in Afrika." This metal detector find reminds of the Italian German campaign in Africa in 1937/1942. Mussolini's National Fascist Party created this Italian/German African campaign medal in memory of the actions of the German Africa Corps DAK (Deutsche Afrika Korps) in the North African campaign.

One of our customers from Maghreb in North Africa reported about his successful treasure hunt. He was using the 3d metal detector and ground scanner eXp 3000, the predecessor of the earth imager eXp 4000, when he located some anomalies inside the underground. The customer was searching in very uneven ground and therefor he used the 25 cm GPR probe of his geophysical phase reader to obtain accurate detecting results.

POWER, the HELUKABEL Group customer magazine, has published an informative article about OKM from Altenburg, Germany. The main topic of this report is the geophysical water detector GeoSeeker, that is used by well drillers to detect underground deposits of fresh water.

An OKM customer detected very beautiful, ancient coins with his OKM Rover UC metal detector in Tunisia.

Because of the usage of an advanced technology it's the Mercedes under the earth imaging instruments.
