A successful treasure hunter informed us about his latest treasure find. With his OKM 3D ground scanner Rover C II he detected a wonderful gold jewellery in West Iran near the city of Ilam in 3 meters depth.


A treasure hunter from Iran sucessfully located an ancient grave with his 3d metal detector eXp 4000 from OKM. Inside the grave he discovered several bronze artifacts like figurines and ancient bells. The treasure hunter processed a measurement in operating mode 'Ground Scan' on clay underground and located the treasure find in an approximate depth of 242 cm.


End of 2008 some customers from the Middle East area located a small statue made of copper, zinc and gold, showing two goats. This ancient treasure find has been detected during archaeological surveys with metal detector Rover C II in about 1.40 meters depth under a stone with cryptical signs.


This treasure find is a sword found by a customer from Kermanshah, a city in the west of Iran. The material is a mixture of iron/lead/copper/tin/gold/silver and antimony. This metal detector find belongs to the Sassanian Empire in the region.

One of our customers found some late medieval artifacts in North Iran with the 3D ground scanner Future I-160 at a depth of 6 meters.


Beneath historic foundations of an old church in north west of Iran a wonderful treasure has been detected with OKM's long range gold detector Bionic X4.


The long range gold detector Bionic 01 and the undercover metal detector Rover UC, a 3d ground scanner controlled by an Android Smart Phone, have been used by Iranian treasure hunters from Kermanshah to locate a golden miniature rhyton, some oil lamps as well as several ancient coins from the Persian Empire.


These ancient artifacts has been detected with the 3d metal detector and ground scanner Rover Deluxe in the region of Kurdistan in Iran. They have been found in a depth of about 2 m underground. The historic targets belong to 3500 years ago. They show original inhabitants of this area and the ploughing tools which were used for agriculture.


A successful treasure hunter found a small ancient bronze vase in more than 4 m depth with his ground scanner eXp 6000. The province of Ilam in the west of Iran was a part of the kingdom of Elan and became a part of the Persian empire later. This region is rich of archaeological sites, ruins and bridges from the Sassanid era, making it an ideal place for archaeologists, adventurer and treasurer hunters.
